Handle City ship all items using local courier or Australia Post. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. In the event we are unable to supply your order in full, we will contact you to advised a revised supply date, offer you an alternative or refund.

  • Handle City offers free standard shipping (3-10 business days) on all orders over $150, orders under $150 incur a flat fee of $10. Express shipping is $15.

    If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions or your parcel will left in a safe place.

  • Handle City offers free standard shipping (3-10 business days) on all orders over $300, orders under $300 incur a flat fee of $20. Express shipping is $40.

    Handle City packages will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions.

  • Standard shipping on all international orders is $50 and orders are sent via Australia Post express international. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes payable, a signature will be required upon delivery.

We hope you love your items as much as we do, however we understand that you may want to see and touch your hardware before you make a final decision. Because of this we offer full refunds within 14 days from receipt of your order, even if it’s just because you change your mind or it doesn't fit as expected. Please note this excludes any sale items.

  • Please ensure you return your item unused and in their original packaging (including boxes, mounting hardware, fixing screws and protective wrapping) along with a completed returns form. Please take extra care when packing your items for transportation back to Handle City.

    Return postage remains your responsibility so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have received your item and processed your refund.

    If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact the team, your satisfaction with our products is important to us at Handle City.

  • Strictly no returns on sale items for change of mind. If your sale item is faulty or damaged, please follow the instructions for faulty or damaged items.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, we encourage you to place a new order through our website and return the original item.

  • If on delivery your item is damaged we will replace the item or offer a refund if we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the order.

    If this is the case the first step is to lodge a return and we will be in touch and will require photos.

    Where the item is out of stock, you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price including shipping.
